Tony previously served as the director of labor and human resources policy for the Ohio Chamber of Commerce
for 10 years as the lead lobbyist for all labor and employment issues.
works with businesses, state agency officials and lawmakers to lower the cost of regulatory compliance by simplifying state unemployment and workers' compensation laws, advocating for alignment of state education and workforce development programs with reemployment services and reforming the Fair Employment Practices Act.

Tony volunteers his time by serving on the FarmHouse International Fraternity Executive Board and as president of the Community Foundation for Perry County.
He is a 1998 graduate of the Max M. Fisher College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in international business.
He received his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School in 2004.
