In her free time she enjoys volunteering for Throw Down for a Cause, an event that raises money for homeless youth here in San Diego. Local causes are important investment tools for the San Diego community. Annie loves seeing people come together to share hope whether it be around a kitchen table about a mental health challenge or at an event promoting equal rights.
She completed her bachelor's degree in International Relations at San Francisco State University in 2005 and loved living in the city. She is currently enrolled at the University of San Diego and earning her Master's Degree from the Nonprofit Leadership and Management Program. Annie is a San Diego native, she loves taking pictures and cooking paleo meals, especially desserts!
