provides advice to the Firm's clients with respect to business and real property transactions. Ms. Bialson received her J.D. from Stanford University in 1970.She completed her undergraduate education at Pennsylvania State University in 1967, where she received a B.S., with distinction. Ms. Bialson
was selected to serve on the Citizen's
Advisory Committee to draft the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Palo Alto for the coming decade.She has twice served as Chair of the Planning and Transportation Commission of the City of Palo Alto (1997-Present).She also served as President of Planning and Community Development for the California League of Cities (2000).In addition, she has served on the Board of Directors of several charitable organizations, including Palo Alto Community Fund (1996-Present) and Avenidas, a Senior Services Agency (1999-Present, Board Chair 2003-2004). Ms. Bialson served as Judge Pro Tem for the Santa Clara County Superior Court from 1977 to 1979.She is a member of the Palo Alto Bar Association; the Santa Clara County Bar Association, where she served as Trustee from 1976 to 1978; the State Bar of California; and the American Bar Association.
