Our Chief Financial Officer, Ani Varro, joined Hausner in 2008 after her friends who worked at Hausner encouraged her to join the team when they heard there was an opening for a CFO.
As our esteemed CFO, Ani is in charge of Hausner's budget, ensuring the financial integrity of the school, strategically aligning the budget process with Hausner's mission, and preparing financial analyses and reports for the Board of Directors.
is an active participant at Board of Directors meetings, as well as in Finance Committee meetings.

Ani has been involved in monitoring the construction of our new Center for Arts & Athletics -- working on the Design Committee, meeting with architects, and overseeing the financial portion of the project.

In her youth, Ani was also a competitive ice skating dancer and a bridge player.
Prior to joining Hausner, Ani served as the CFO at the Palo Alto JCC for thirteen years, and was the CFO of the Pacific Autism Center for Education (PACE), a non-public special education school, for seven years.
