Angie Jackson-Wilson is the owner of AJW Event Planning and Signature Catering.

Throughout her career, Angie had held positions, such as Executive Assistant to the Secretary General of the Insurance Association of the Caribbean, Barbados; Budget Director for the USAID Regional Management Development Pilot Project at the University of the West Indies, Barbados; Traffic Manager of WSVI TV Channel 8, St Croix USVI; Commercial Lines Underwriter at the Inter Ocean Insurance Agency, St Croix USVI.
Prior to starting her business in 2004, she worked as an Insurance Operation Supervisor at JP Morgan Chase, Monroe, LA.

A graduate of the University of the West Indies, Barbados, she earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Angie is an active member of several non-profit organizations in the area including being a board member of the Monroe West Monroe Convention and Visitor's Bureau, Families Helping Families of Northeast Louisiana.
While at JP Morgan Chase, she was a founding member of the company's Diversity Council and continued to represent her division for three years on the Council.

In 2005, she was elected State President of the Louisiana Federation of Business & Professional Women.
She was elected and served from 2006-2009 as the National Membership Chair of Business & Professional Women/USA.
She currently serves as the State Treasurer and Membership Chair for the Louisiana Federation of Business and Professional Women.
