News 10NBC has learned that the entire indictment against former Monroe County Republican party Executive Director Andy Moore has been dropped.
Moore is also an elected member of the Penfield Town Board.
was charged in connection with the ongoing investigation into County theft by Robutrad workers.
In October, the District Attorney's office dropped a felony charge of official misconduct against Moore
was scheduled to go on trial this next Monday.
We talked to Andy Moore

We asked him what his
life has been like since he
was indicted by the grand jury.
"It's really flipped it upside down to be honest with you," he
was charged with official misconduct and coercion.
was accused ghost writing a political endorsement letter and forcing Democrat Christopher Groman to sign it.
The letter supported Gorman's former opponent for Monroe County Legislature, Republican Dave Malta.
Gorman was one of the Robutrad workers arrested when that scandal broke.

The defendant used a taxpayer funded position to have (Robutrad supervisor Robert) Morone do a political favor for Moore
