Andrew joined Sapphire Canada (then CNC Global) in 2001 as Director of Information Technology.
In December, 2003, he was promoted to Chief Information Officer (CIO) and in 2006 his operational responsibilities were expanded to include Client and Consultant Services.
As a result of Randstad's acquisition of the Vedior Group of Companies in 2008, Andrew was promoted to the group executive and the role of Group CIO.
