Andrea Grossman Andrea Grossman Director Andrea Grossman About Andrea Andrea started her working life in the legal industry: she trained and qualified as a litigator at leading City law firm Clifford Chance, subsequently moving to specialist media firm Olswang. Andrea then spent several years in the recruitment industry where she sourced talent at all levels for organisations both in the UK and internationally. As a director she gained valuable commercial, marketing and business development experience. She also hugely enjoyed the responsibility of managing a team and realised how much she loved coaching individual team members to help maximise their potential. Andrea therefore decided to embark upon her third career and retrained as a coach in 2006. She specialises in the areas of career management, career transition and executive coaching. She has worked with coachees from a variety of industry sectors, including IT, media, healthcare, banking and pharmacueticals - whilst retaining extensive experience of the legal and professional services marketplace.

Following her career as a lawyer, Andrea spent several years in the recruitment industry where she developed a successful practice and worked closely with partners, assistants and HR professionals both in the UK and internationally. As a director she became primarily involved in the internal management of the organisation from which she gained valuable commercial, marketing and business development experience. Andrea retrained as a career coach with Meyler Campbell, after which she specialised in the areas of career management, career transition and executive coaching. She has extensive experience of the legal and professional services marketplace.

She later moved to Olswang to specialise in the fields of media litigation and defamation. Following her career as a lawyer, Andrea spent several years in the legal recruitment industry where she developed a successful practice and worked closely with partners, assistants and HR professionals both in the UK and internationally. As a director she was also heavily involved in the management of the organisation from which she gained valuable commercial, marketing and business development experience. Andrea retrained as a career coach with Meyler Campbell and joined PCP in 2006 to work in the areas of career management and coaching. She has extensive experience of the legal marketplace and legal careers and has an energetic and outcome-focused approach. Andrea's flexible style has enabled her to assist individuals around a wide range of issues including enhancing performance, management, promotion, confidence-building and communication.
