Ms. Arnold currently manages projects related to economic development, diversity and inclusion, and community outreach and engagement.

As Campaign Director for the Coalition for Smarter Growth in Washington, DC, she coordinated all advocacy and public outreach initiatives.
Through policy research, public testimony, grassroots mobilization, outreach events, and community partnerships, she
advocated for farmland preservation, transit-oriented development, and transportation alternatives in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, DC.
She also served as the primary staff liaison to the board of directors and led strategy discussions and board member recruitment.
Previously, Ms. Arnold worked at Self-Help Credit Union, one of the country's leading community development financial institutions.
Ms. Arnold earned a Master's in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, specializing in economic development.
Project outlined business development and real estate recommendations for a neighborhood revitalization strategy in Durham, NC.
Ms. Arnold graduated with a B.A. in Sociology and Environmental Studies from Gordon College in Wenham, MA.
She is a member of the American Planning Association.
