Prior to founding Holistic Learning, Ana Karakusevic worked as a short-film and TV director, a BBC World Service radio producer and 24-hour news editor.
She helped launch the BBC's first online and social learning department (working as Strand Director for Journalism) and managed teams of face-to-face trainers and web producers.

was learning consultant for leadership and management, where she
oversaw the introduction of change management and diversity training portfolios, and designed a variety of leadership and personal effectiveness programmes.
During this time, Ana
also trained and practised as a coach, first internally in the BBC
and then externally, with private and organisational clients.
As a coach, Ana was trained in working with archetypes, symbols, values, metaphor, Gestalt and Humanistic Psychology approaches.

She's also an experienced facilitator of action learning sets, senior team away-days and strategy sessions.
In addition to having obtained two first-class degrees (in Comparative Literature and Film Directing) in her native Yugoslavia, Ana also has an MSc (distinction) in Advanced Learning Technology from Lancaster University, specialising in social and networked learning.
She's a member of the British Psychological Society and fully trained in using a range of psychometric tools, including MBTI and 16PF.
She's an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching and being accredited with the International Coach Federation.
is also a voracious reader, traveller and networker, and finds inspiration in every encounter, whether with nature, humanity or artificial intelligence.
enjoys training in new approaches and psychological development tools, and then abandoning them to dance in the moment, in the full service of the client and their emergent knowledge.
