Amy Wilde, Managing Director & Partner
Atlantic Capital Properties, Inc.
has over 20 years experience in the real estate development and project management industry.
She joined ACP in 1999 and currently serves as the Managing Partner.
has been instrumental in the development of over $450 million in new construction and renovation projects while with ACP
is now actively working on Waterview and Two Reston Crescent, both in northern Virginia, and the BriarRose Country Estate Community in Hancock County, Georgia, which is a joint venture project with Lubert Adler and the Ginn Companies.
This cross section of projects represents her
broad range of expertise in commercial office, mixed use, including hospitality, and residential development.
For an 8 month period from November of 2006 through June of 2007, Mrs. Wilde
took a brief hiatus from ACP
to help structure and organize Tishman Speyer's
new Regional Office in Atlanta, Georgia.
In this capacity, she
helped assemble the team and oversaw the transition of the 3.5 million square foot portfolio, purchased by Tishman Speyer
This included oversight of asset management, property management and leasing functions, in addition to predevelopment work on Two Alliance Center
and initial due diligence on redevelopment plans at Colony Square.
Once the Regional Office team was in place and stabilized, she
returned full time to ACP
Prior to joining ACP, Mrs. Wilde was the Assistant Vice President of Real Estate and Facilities at Equifax, Inc.
overall responsibility was to manage the Equifax real estate portfolio worldwide, a scope that included leasing, project management, facility management, and the general oversight and coordination of the project team for the construction of their new headquarters at 1550 Peachtree Street, in Atlanta, Georgia.
In addition to her work in private industry, Mrs. Wilde also worked with the General Services Administration as the project manager/contracting officer for the Atlanta Federal Center (AFC), a $260 million class A office project.
