Williams brings to his new role more than 18 years of experience in information technology and security, including leadership positions with IBM, Gartner and McAfee.

Previously, he served as director of engineering services at McAfee and security company nCircle.
Most recently, he founded WAF Enterprises, providing strategic consulting services in technology areas including mobile application security, data center automation and Big Data analytics.
Williams holds CISSP and CISM certifications, and has served as a technical advisor and board member for a multitude of security and technology companies.
