Some studies have suggested that mindfulness, or paying attention to life in the present moment, has been instrumental in stress reduction; improved relationships and positive emotional changes; meaningful engagement in one's vocational responsibilities; and conflict resolution, diversity training and an overall deeper appreciation for life.
