Amber Gerlach, Client Manager Amber was hired in April 2011 and was referred by a Nelson Technology Partners client. She plays the role of Command Central in order to help the business run smoothly. All client management needs flow through Amber in order to make sure that every detail is attended to appropriately and in a timely manner. Day to day, she takes calls from clients and schedules their needs and objectives with the technicians. Her passion is to make clients happy and she understands the importance of providing the best solution possible, as soon as possible.

It's unbelievable to to think that Amber has been with the company for just about a year now: it's amazing to think that much time has already gone by, but it also seems like she's been a part of the company forever (in the good kind of way).
And Amber is most certainly one of the best parts of this company. She fills a vital role as Client Service Manager, making sure that each and every NTP client is attended to as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here's a little more information on this amazing team member: Amber is a newbie to the technology scene, but she has loads of experience in customer service. If the client is happy, she is happy! On a any given day, Amber fields service calls, schedules Michael's day, keeps track of hours and billing, and keeps the company's taks, actives and records in a state of general organization. Prior to being on board at Nelson Technology Partners, Amber received her Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Catawba College. She then spent some time teaching children with developmental disabilities until she decided to start a family of her own. Upon returning to work, she spent 5 years as a Bed and Breakfast weekend manager and After Hours On-call for a local B&B. Amber is married with two boys. She is involved in her children's school functions and recreation activities. As a Burlington native, Amber enjoys getting out into the community, seeing old friends, and meeting new people in the area. -- Can you see why she's a perfect fit to the NTP Team?
