First, Allison worked as a research assistant for her employment/labor law professor, Henry Drummonds, and witnessed first-hand the enjoyment that comes from helping others.
Following a stint as a temporary legal assistant for Crispin Employment Lawyers in Portland, in April 2008, Allison accepted an associate position with Moore Jensen & Lesh.
