A final tribute was given by Mr. Alistair Harrison, Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps, who lauded the High Commissioner for taking the relationship between the United Kingdom and the Caribbean region to an enhanced level.
He also emphasised the significant role High Commissioner Nicholas played in the reform of the United Kingdom's Air Passenger Duty Tax (APD).
