Alexandre S. Fialho Joins Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting as Head of Latin America

LOS ANGELES, NOVEMBER 22, 2010 -Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced Alexandre S. Fialho has joined as President and Chief Operating Officer for the Leadership and Talent Consulting business in Latin America.

Mr. Fialho joins Korn/Ferry from Hay Group, where he was a Corporate Director and led the firm's Building Effective Organizations (BEO) practice in Brazil, and its global C-Suite Practitioner Network.
He has served as a management and strategy executive for several global companies, and as Director and Associate Dean of Fundação Dom Cabral, recently ranked by the Financial Times as the sixth best executive education center in the world.

He is also a frequent lecturer on strategy and M&A topics at various universities in Latin America.
