Alexa Boyce Nutrition Coach/Personal Trainer
Alexa is a Lansing native and was born and raised in the restaurant industry. She spent 5 years in restaurant management until having her oldest son, Tristan, and found the hours too demanding on her family. With a passion for running and competing in triathlons, a career in health and fitness was a natural fit. As a group fitness instructor and personal trainer the next step was to transition into nutrition. She is excited to help dieters reach their goals and live healthier lifestyles.

She designs the most creative, innovative, and fun workouts I have ever seen. She is THE BEST trainer I have ever been around.
