Albert P. Ballog, is a co-founder and shareholder of Sullivan, Ballog & Williams, LLP and was previously a partner in the firms Ballog & Ballog and Stafford, Ballog & Sullivan.
Mr. Ballog has over 27 years of litigation and trial experience in both State and Federal Courts as well as experience as a geologist/hydrologist.
has acted as an arbitrator, private mediator and Judge Pro Tem for the Orange County Superior Court
and in 2002 graduated from the Strauss Institute of Mediation at Pepperdine University School of Law
Mr. Ballog received a B.A. in Earth Science/Geology from California State University, Fullerton in 1975 with graduate studies in Environmental Science/Hydrology from 1976 to 1977.
He received a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1982.
Mr. Ballog is a member of the State Bar of California (1982); U.S. District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California (1982); United States Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit (1987); The Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, The American Bar Association, and Orange County Bar Association.
As a senior litigator, Mr. Ballog has tried cases to verdict in both Federal and State courts.
In the last 5 years he
has received numerous defense verdicts on cases regarding police civil liability, prisoner civil rights, and governmental tort liability.
