He has considerable experience with entities in Austria, China, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, South Africa, Spain, and managed exports to scores of additional countries.
In the marketing role, Alan
was responsible for worldwide marketing operations, numerous channels of distribution, product management, new product development, marketing communications, and multiple sales forces.
Responsibilities in corporate executive positions included acquisitions, site selection, and strategic planning.
Alan served as a Subject Matter Expert in the development and creation of the NASBITE Certified Global Business Professional [CGBP] exam and continues to serve on the NASBITE Board of Governors.
In addition to his duties at TTU, he has conducted merger and acquisition seminars for CitiGroup and H&R Block, serves on various boards, has published articles in different fields, been a speaker at numerous national and international functions, and undertakes selected consulting assignments.
