Under the vision and dedication of Ahmad Malkawi, a vision and dedication felt company-wide, AIM Wireless continues to achieve market success in the development and delivery of interference software and services designed to solve the most challenging network problems.
Rapidly. Accurately. Economically. Ahmad Malkawi Ahmad Malkawi is President and CEO of AIM Wireless, a company he founded in 1998 to deliver wireless communications solutions that solve even the most challenging network problems. Mr. Malkawi's vision and dedication have been instrumental in establishing AIM Wireless as a global provider of comprehensive interference management software and high-quality RF engineering services. Prior to joining AIM Wireless, Mr. Malkawi managed the design and optimization of wireless networks for companies such as AT&T Wireless, Lucent Technologies, Sprint PCS and Crown Castle International. Mr. Malkawi received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Mankato State University. He also currently holds two patents in the wireless industry.

AIM Wireless' CEO Ahmad Malkawi says the stimulus money would be nice, but the company will move on just fine without it.
"We work with the worst expectations to make sure we're not disappointed," Malkawi says. "We are eager to start with a Plan A, but if we don't get the funding, we'll get along with our existing business. [Waiting for the results] is the biggest challenge we have right now." Malkawi says he "spent about 14 hours a day, seven days a week" working to get the application in by the Aug. 20 deadline. He's hoping that AIM Wireless gets the $14 million it applied for to build out a WiMAX network in the southeast part of Kentucky, but says business will continue as usual without it. "It's a good size to AIM Wireless, and means we would be able to operate at a larger scale," Malkawi says.
