Agustin Garza is the founder and principal of Garza Group Communications.
A leader in the communications field with a focus on strategic branding, positioning and marketing, Garza Group Communications provides services for clients such as the cities of Los Angeles and Mexico City, Jones Lang LaSalle, American Express and Reichmann International.
Known for his highly effective branding solutions, Garza's pioneering destination-marketing campaigns have been widely published and have earned recognition by the Travel Industry Association of America.

He attended California College of Arts & Crafts, in San Francisco, and Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA, where he conducted studies in Fine Arts and Graphic Design.
His work has been recognized internationally and forms part of the permanent collection of the National Library of Congress.

Agustin was born and raised in Mexico City.
After undergraduate studies in political science at the Universidad Autónoma de México, he attended the Fine Arts program at CCAC (California College of Art and Crafts).

He has served as a professor at Art Center for over a decade.
Agustin was a founding professor of Art Center's European campus and has also taught Advanced Graphic Design at Universidad Anahuac, in Mexico City.
Agustin is a Member of Quórum (The Design Council of Mexico), serves on the Advisory Board of the Glenn Canyon Foundation, the Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival, and has recently been appointed to the Los Angeles Cultural Affairs Design Advisory Steering Committee.
