In 2003, while overseeing the waste management component of the New City Hall and Public Plaza Project, Mr. and Mrs. Neely saw an emerging opportunity in construction and demolition recycling - forming Austin's first C & D recycling consulting service.
Our founders have provided Travis County, Texas and the surrounding counties with more than 30 combined years of high quality janitorial, waste management, make-ready, and recycling consulting services. Adrian Neely is a graduate of Hustin-Tillotson University with a bachelors degree in physical education. Mr. Neely serves on the board of Peoplefund and Capital Area Workforce Solutions. He served on the MBE/WBE Small Business Enterprise advisory committee for the City of Austin for nine years. Mrs Neely is also a Graduate of Hustin-Tillotson University with a Bachelors degree in Business. Mr. and Mrs. Neely are currently members of Austin Energy Green Building, The Austin Black Contractors Association, and The Building Service Contractors Association International. In addition, both Mr. and Mrs. Neely are WasteCap Wisconsin Accredited Professionals in Construction and Demolition Debris Recycling.
