...Mr. Marshall joined the BCCADA team in April of 2006.He has been a mental health counselor with a specialty in drug and alcohol disorders since 1986.He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Affairs Management from Michigan State University.He
enlisted in the military in September 1981.In 1991, Mr. Marshall served in the Persian Gulf War as a member of the First Medical Psychiatric Team deployed since the Vietnam conflict.He
received one of the highest medals in his
unit for Meritorious Service while supporting the 24th Infantry Division in Iraq.After 20 years of duty serving in various leadership positions, he retired from the Army.With 10 years of experience in a medical psychiatric ward and an additional 10 years as a clinical mental health counselor, he enrolled in a graduate program at Webster University where he earned his Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling.
