The Board of Directors of Hannah's House officially announced that they have selected Aaron Robb, a Dallas/Ft.Worth area counselor, as their new Executive Director.Mr. Robb will be taking over as the second Executive Director in the agency's history following a period of substantial growth and strong community support.About Aaron Robb, M.Ed., NCC, LPCMr. Robb has worked extensively with children and families involved in the Family Court System in divorce and child custody cases of all types.He is licensed as a Professional Counselor in the State of Texas, as well as being a National Certified Counselor.Mr. Robb trained as a family mediator through Dispute Mediation Service of Dallas, is a former Advanced Certified Child Protective Services Specialist, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Texas Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.He is also a member of the American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children.Mr. Robb received his post-masters clinical training at the Denton County Children's Advocacy Center, and he continues to work directly with abused and neglected children as a CASA volunteer.He has appeared at various educational forums as well as on television speaking about issues related to providing services that are in the best interest of children involved in the legal system.Most recently he has worked for Dallas County Family Court Services, and is involved in private practice in other counties in the North Texas area.

Aaron Robb, M.Ed., NCC, LPC -S Aaron Robb has worked extensively with clients involved in the family court system, specializing in divorce and custody modification cases. In addition to National Counselor Certification and license to practice as a Professional Counselor in the state of Texas, he is trained as a family law mediator and is an approved provider of continuing education for Professional Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists and Social Workers. He is a past-president of the Texas Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and, among other professional affiliations, is a member of the American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children as well as the National Association of Social Workers. Mr. Robb has taught extensively and is a featured speaker at seminars, on radio and television, on domestic violence, child abuse, divorce and issues related to the best interest of children involved in the legal system. He is currently a Doctoral candidate in the UTA School of Social Work with a research emphasis on high conflict families and forensic mental health services.
