Responsible for maintaining high visibility and communications with all major accounts (Mercy Health Plan, Greater Atlantic Health Service, Health Pass, etc). Also responsible for implementing company training (Patient Care and Infectious Disease Control) and company protocol. Responsible for company’s public relations as it relates to community group involvement, radio time buys and print media. Responsible for payroll, employee bonuses, employee promotions and all division budgets.
Created the following new divisions: Central Processing, Professional Testing, Durable Medical Equipment, and Home Healthcare. Generated $6.8 million USD TO $7.8 Million USD in billing annually for 3 consecutive years.

Responsible for hiring and training of all Marketing Reps. Overseeing and providing service to 40 accounts personally and supervising 12 reps who managed another 150 accounts. Responsible for hiring models and photographers and setting up all shoots for magazine layouts. Also responsible for communications with accounts, vendors and editorial staff for magazines on a national basis. Also, wrote all advertisements for print and radio, as well as making all time and print buys. Additional responsibilities included; fabric selection and purchase; purchase of notions, pattern paper and all associated design products; Development of design schedule for Spring/Summer/Fall/Winter Lines to create at least 80 new designs per season, selection and purchase of accessory line.
