The Center for Institutional Finance has a long history in the industry. Our principals have managed some of the largest tax-exempt state bond programs in the nation; were founding principals of Investment Dealer Digest'slargest investment banks; and have founded financial services companies that have consistently been awarded the highest honors and awards available in the industry . Church Loan Specialist, Inc. was founded in the mid 1990's by Mr. D. Woody Jenkins, who grew the company into one of the largest church loan financing companies in the Southeast. Mr. Jenkins merged his company into The Center for Institutional Finance in order to continue the growth of the company throughout the nation. Today, Church Loan Specialist serves clients located from Florida to California and throughout the Mid-Atlantic states and the Midwest. Financial Technologies, LLC was founded in 1998 and specialized in not-for-profit, institutional, and higher education financing as well as providing retirement fund management systems and investment programs to church and higher education institutions. The principals of Financial Technologies merged into The Center for Institutional Finance to exapnd their service to national denominational churches and their affiliated institutions of higher education on a national basis.Read more
