Who is Pleasant Plains High School
Pleasant Plains High School provides the Behind the Wheel (BTW) training in addition to the classroom requirement. The school will make every reasonable effort to provide the six hours of instruction prior to the student's sixteenth birthday. However, due to student absences, failure to bring proper driving permit, forgetting the assigned driving date, academic ineligibility, suspension from class, etc., Pleasant Plains High School cannot guarantee that every student will receive the six hour training by the sixteenth birthday. In the event that a student misses an assigned driving period due to student error, absence, or events under the student's control, the student may be bypassed in the driving order by other qualified drivers and will have to wait until there are no other qualified drivers awaiting training. Students do have the right to attend a private driver's education program in order to obtain the six hours of behind the wheel experience.Read more
