Don Wynns

Vice President of Business Development

Don Wynns is responsible for ZoomInfo's data-as-a-service (DaaS) initiatives, developing solutions for clients and strategic partners with sophisticated data requirements.

Don has extensive experience in the data and content industries, with domain expertise in real-time data aggregation and syndication, search, and DaaS. Before ZoomInfo, Don served in sales and business development leadership roles at NewsEdge Corp., The Thomson Corp., and Acquire Media.

Don earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont, and has a master's degree in international marketing and economics from The George Washington University. Don is also a graduate of the Thomson Corporation Advanced Leadership Program.

Santosh Sharan

Vice President of Product Management & Strategy

Santosh Sharan is responsible for product management, new product initiatives and market strategy at ZoomInfo. He brings in over 16 years of entrepreneurial and product experience to the position. Santosh has a long history of fostering technology innovation at early stage startups with proven successes in new business creation via launch of novel products.

Santosh has been an avid entrepreneur. More recently, Santosh served as the Founder and CEO of Keisense, Inc, a mobile user experience company. While at Keisense, Santosh created products that resulted in over 16 unique patents, raised multiple rounds of venture financing, forged business development with major global OEMs, and eventually led the sale of Keisense to publicly traded Nuance Communications [NASDAQ:NUAN]. Santosh was also the founder and CEO of LocationFabric, a consumer mobile product for augmented reality and location based networking. Prior to that, Sharan was the founder and CTO of Matchtooth, a consumer mobile social networking company headquartered in UK. Santosh has led multiple engineering and product teams in pharmaceuticals, finance, media and technology related ventures in the Boston area. He has authored over 18 approved/pending technology patents.

Santosh holds an MBA degree from London Business School (UK), an MS in software engineering from Harvard University (US) and an engineering degree in computer science from Birla Institute of technology (India)

Paul Boulanger

Chief Financial Officer

Paul is Zoominfo’s Chief Financial Officer with an emphasis on operational excellence. Paul has responsibility to look cross-functionally over the organization and ensure optimal corporate performance. Working in partnership with the executive team members, his goal is to develop best practices that improve customer value, operational efficiency, profitability and growth.

Prior to joining the team at Zoominfo, Paul was Head of Operations and Emerging Platforms at Nokia within the Global App Store, where he focused on growth and operational efficiency. Paul also held the role of Global CFO of Monster Worldwide Technologies, where he was responsible for the operations of the 600+ person division spanning 3 continents. Prior to that Paul was VP Mergers and Acquisitions for Monster Worldwide. Over the course of his career, Paul has held positions at NameMedia, VistaPrint,, OrderTrust, Juniper Systems, Wellesley Group, Textron, as well as various consulting roles for small and large businesses.

Outside of the office, Paul takes great interest in philanthropic efforts. In 2000, Paul founded Men With Heart, a 501(c)3 focused on women’s issues predominantly breast cancer. MWH has raised well over $1.2million since it’s inception. Paul also operates Turtle Lane Maple Farm in North Andover with his fiancé Kathy, where the emphasis is on community education and agricultural appreciation. They offer free tours during maple season (March) on nights and weekends, and during the 2013 season hosted 3,600 people at their sugarhouse. Paul also volunteers at local shelters, was heavily involved in Sandy relief efforts, and is a true believer in random acts of kindness.

Hila Nir

Vice President of Marketing

Hila Nir joined ZoomInfo in early 2011 and currently serves as vice president of marketing. Nir heads ZoomInfo’s lead generation and branding strategy through outbound and inbound marketing, including email campaigns, Website optimization, content marketing, advertising and social media.

Prior to ZoomInfo, Nir served as a team manager in Brooks-Keret, Israel’s leading financial services company, managing a team of 12 professionals and supporting the financial activity of more than 50 clients. Before Brooks-Keret Nir served as a senior Business analyst in Giza Singer Even, the largest financial advisory and investment banking firm in Israel, where she specializes in valuations and financial advisory to major public and private companies in the communication, real estate and industrial segments. Nir was also a senior auditor at Ernst & Young.

Hila Nir is a certified accountant in Israel and holds a B.A in accounting and economics from the Hebrew University and an MA in economics from Bar-Ilan University.

Mark Ruthfield

Vice President of Sales

Mark Ruthfield, Vice President of Sales and Corporate Officer on ZoomInfo’s Executive Team, brings 20+ years of business experience to ZoomInfo as he spearheads the Sales Dream Team. Ruthfield is charged with driving record breaking year-over-year revenue growth. Ruthfield brings a leadership style that includes possessing high energy, extremely positive attitude, passion, dedication, determination, and a winning confidence which has led to Sales tripling over the last 3 years at ZoomInfo. ZoomInfo's 2014 revenue results were the highest in company history from a Sales results, year-over-year growth, and profitability standpoint.

Ruthfield has been nominated and awarded the “2014 TOP 25 Most Influential Inside Sales Professionals Prestigious Award” by The American Association of Inside Sales Professionals (AA-ISP) for three consecutive years across 42 global chapters, and two Stevie 2014 Awards for “Sales Growth Achievement of the Year” and “Sales Department of the Year-Computer Software”. Most recently, Ruthfield has been nominated and awarded addition into the 2015 Bristol Who’s Who Registry of Distinguished Executives and Professionals for his accomplishments.

Prior to ZoomInfo, he held a leadership role at Forrester Research and was Senior Director of Sales for the US at CODi, a provider of IT solutions for the Fortune 1000 where his team more than tripled sales in just three years. He also has held various positions at Fortune 500 companies over the course of his career. Ruthfield holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. He graduated Cum Laude with a focus on business leadership, sales, and marketing. In his free time, Ruthfield enjoys family activities with his wife and two sons, and volunteers as a youth soccer and basketball coach as well as serves as a Board member for the Southborough, MA Youth Basketball Association.
