Vice President of Business Development

Don Wynns is responsible for ZoomInfo's data-as-a-service (DaaS) initiatives, developing solutions for clients and strategic partners with sophisticated data requirements.

Don has extensive experience in the data and content industries, with domain expertise in real-time data aggregation and syndication, search, and DaaS. Before ZoomInfo, Don served in sales and business development leadership roles at NewsEdge Corp., The Thomson Corp., and Acquire Media.

Don earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont, and has a master's degree in international marketing and economics from The George Washington University. Don is also a graduate of the Thomson Corporation Advanced Leadership Program.

Vice President of Growth & Strategy

Santosh Sharan is the Vice President of Growth & Strategy at ZoomInfo, but he is also the company’s Chief Entrepreneur. Sharan is constantly evaluating new business models and refining how we do things at ZoomInfo. In this role, he drives business growth through continuous improvements, growth hacking and deep analytics.

Prior to joining Zoominfo, Sharan founded multiple technology companies. His last company, Keisense Inc was acquired by Nuance Communications. Sharan has also led multiple product and engineering teams in media, technology, finance and pharmaceuticals related ventures.

Outside of ZoomInfo, Sharan remains a true innovator at heart with an impressive 18 approved/pending technology patents to his name. In his free time, Sharan enjoys watching movies, particularly Sci-Fi films, and reading up on philosophy.

Chief Financial Officer

Paul is Zoominfo’s Chief Financial Officer with an emphasis on operational excellence. Paul has responsibility to look cross-functionally over the organization and ensure optimal corporate performance. Working in partnership with the executive team members, his goal is to develop best practices that improve customer value, operational efficiency, profitability and growth.

Prior to joining the team at Zoominfo, Paul was Head of Operations and Emerging Platforms at Nokia within the Global App Store, where he focused on growth and operational efficiency. Paul also held the role of Global CFO of Monster Worldwide Technologies, where he was responsible for the operations of the 600+ person division spanning 3 continents. Prior to that Paul was VP Mergers and Acquisitions for Monster Worldwide. Over the course of his career, Paul has held positions at NameMedia, VistaPrint,, OrderTrust, Juniper Systems, Wellesley Group, Textron, as well as various consulting roles for small and large businesses.

Outside of the office, Paul takes great interest in philanthropic efforts. In 2000, Paul founded Men With Heart, a 501(c)3 focused on women’s issues predominantly breast cancer. MWH has raised well over $1.2million since it’s inception. Paul also operates Turtle Lane Maple Farm in North Andover with his fiancé Kathy, where the emphasis is on community education and agricultural appreciation. They offer free tours during maple season (March) on nights and weekends, and during the 2013 season hosted 3,600 people at their sugarhouse. Paul also volunteers at local shelters, was heavily involved in Sandy relief efforts, and is a true believer in random acts of kindness.

Vice President of Marketing & Product

Hila Nir heads the highly energetic marketing and product teams at ZoomInfo. Nir is responsible for lead generation and branding strategy through inbound and outbound marketing, including email campaigns, website optimization, content marketing, advertising, social media, webinars, and events. As head of the product team, Nir is responsible for creating and executing an integrated roadmap for the company from product planning, to product development, to go-to market strategy.

Nir is a CPA with a M.A. in economics. Prior to joining ZoomInfo, she served in a number of management roles in the financial industry at Brooks-Keret, Giza Singer Even, and Ernest & Young. Her background in business and accounting have allowed her to pioneer a company strategy based on direct success metrics, which allowed ZoomInfo to experience a 37% year-over-year growth, as well as consistent positive ROI, and increased profitability. It’s no surprise that in 2014 Nir was named “One of 20 Women to Watch in Sales Lead Management,” by the Sales Lead Management Association. In addition, Nir’s efforts resulted in a Stevie Award for “Demand Generation Program of the Year.”

The ZoomInfo marketing team has also received several honors including, a BMA B2 Award from the Business Marketing Association, and a Stevie Award for “Inbound Marketing Program of the Year.” The marketing team was recently named a Gold Winner for “Marketing Team of the Year,” by Network Product Guides. Under Nir’s leadership, the marketing team has led a successful PR effort that has turned ZoomInfo into an award winning company. Recent honors include Stevie Awards for “Sales Growth Achievement of the Year,” and, “Sales Department of the Year”, a Red Herring Top 100 North America Award, and a spot on the Inc. 5000 list. ZoomInfo was also a finalist in the IT World Awards, and an SIIA Codie finalist for” Best Business Directory,” and “Best Service Using Aggregated Content.” ZoomInfo was recently named a finalist as one of the “Coolest Companies in Boston.”

When Nir isn’t working, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and three children.

Vice President of Sales

Mark Ruthfield, Vice President of Sales, brings 20+ years of business experience to ZoomInfo as he spearheads the Sales Dream Team. Tripling sales over the last three years, Ruthfield has led his team to record breaking revenue growth. Ruthfield was awarded the “TOP 25 Most Influential Inside Sales Professionals” by The American Association of Inside Sales Professionals (AA-ISP) for three consecutive years. Prior to ZoomInfo, he held a leadership role at Forrester Research and was Director of Sales for the US at CODi. In his free time, Ruthfield enjoys family activities with his wife and two sons and volunteers as a youth soccer, baseball, and basketball coach.
