What is the Growth Acceleration Summit?

ZoomInfo's 2017 Growth Acceleration Summit is a two day event geared specifically toward sales and marketing professionals. With general sessions from industry thought leaders, summit attendees will gain actionable insight into the future of data, as well as best practices and growth strategies for sales and marketing teams.

When is the summit?

September 13th - September 14th.

REGISTRATION

How much does the event cost?

The full event price is $299, but the sooner you register, the more you’ll save. ZoomInfo is offering discounted pricing each month leading up to the event, so reserve your spot ASAP.

When does online registration open?

Registration is live and will be open through the morning of September 13th.

How do I register?

I have completed my registration and want to make a change. What do I do?

After registering, changes to your reservations can only be made at the event. Please see a ZoomInfo staff member at the registration table to discuss further.

What is the payment policy?

After entering your contact details, you will be asked for your credit card information.

What is the cancellation policy?

At this time, we are not offering any type of discount for cancellations.

Are attendee substitutions permitted?

Yes, but only if you have purchased a ticket at the early bird price (for an individual or a team). Contact to adjust the name on the ticket accordingly.

Can I bring a guest?

Guests are not welcome during the event, unless they have signed up and paid to attend the sessions.

Can I register on behalf of someone else or for a group?

Yes, as long as you have that person's email address and the credit card they wish to use for their reservation.

ACCOMMODATIONS

ZoomInfo has set aside a block of rooms at the Revere Hotel for all Growth Acceleration Summit attendees. Accommodations within the room block can be booked during the registration process and are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Are there special hotel rates?

How do I book a hotel or make changes to a current reservation?

Please contact the hotel for assistance in making changes to an existing reservation. Be sure to have your confirmation number on file.

What is the hotel room cancellation policy?

A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel your room or you will be marked as a no-show and charged for a full night's stay.

If I cancel my registration, can I transfer my hotel reservation to another attendee?

Yes, as long as the new attendee has your confirmation number for the reservation.

What if I don't check in on my scheduled arrival date?

The room will "no-show" and you will be charged for 1 night's room plus tax and will no longer have a reservation in the system.

Can I pay the hotel with a different credit card than the one I provided when I reserved the room?

Yes, you can.

Can I contact the hotel directly to make a hotel reservation at ZoomInfo's discounted rates or to change my existing reservation?

Yes, that is the only way you can make a change to your hotel reservation or book via telephone. Please make sure to note that you are attending the ZoomInfo event to ensure you receive the appropriate discounted rate.

Will I receive a hotel confirmation number after booking my hotel through ZoomInfo's portal?

Yes, it will be sent to the email address you used to book the room.

I want to arrive earlier/stay later than the system is showing as available. How can I adjust my reservation?

The discounted room rate is available at the Revere Hotel two nights before and two nights after the event. If you wish to arrive before/stay later, please contact the hotel directly for assistance.

How much notice is needed to make arrangements?

72 hours minimum.

How can I ensure my room is handicap accessible?

When you go to book a room, there is an advanced search option on the Revere's hotel portal. Select any room with "accessible" to ensure your room fits your needs.

AT THE EVENT

What are the registration hours and locations?

Registration will be open from 8am on September 13th until 11am on September 14th.

Will meals be provided?

Yes, meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner) and breaks (AM and PM) will be provided throughout the day for all attendees.

TRAVEL

What is the weather like in Boston in September?

New England weather can be unpredictable, so make sure to check before packing. Typically, though, it's in the 70s and sunny in the early fall.

Is there transportation available from the airport to the hotel?

No. The attendee is responsible for travel to and from the airport. The hotel is approximately a 15-20 minute cab ride, which would cost about $25.

I'm local to Boston. Is parking available?

The Revere Hotel has an attached covered parking garage, as well as self-parking and valet services for a $30 fee. Cash can be paid at the valet desk or you can visit the front desk to pay by credit card.

What types of tracks and sessions can I expect?

The event is geared toward those in a sales and/or marketing role at their current place of employment. At this year's conference, we will explore the proven trends and impact of a truly aligned sales and marketing team. Sessions will focus on how to help drive engagement across both teams through collaborative technologies while maintaining an open forum for communication and growth.

Do I need to register for sessions beforehand?

No, you do not.

MISCELLANEOUS

What is the recommended attire for the conference?

Conference attire is business casual for all events, including the evening one. However, we do recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket with you, since personal preferences vary regarding room temperature.
