We'd like to remind you that the ZoomInfo Community Edition works only with an active installation of Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010 or 2013 (32 bit) on a system running Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows XP or Windows Vista. Outlook must be used regularly to send and receive business emails. Not available for Outlook Express or Outlook 2011 for Mac.
If you have one of those versions of Outlook installed and your computer uses one of the above operating systems, something else must have gone wrong. Please contact our support staff at firstname.lastname@example.org or 866.904.9666 and we'll try to solve the problem.
If you use Google Apps for Business rather than Outlook to send and receive business emails, you can join the ZoomInfo Community by following the Google Apps for Business instructions on this page.
In many cases, you may arrive at this page because you have started to reinstall the software when you have already successfully installed it. Go to Start > Programs > and look for ZoomInfo in the list of programs to see if the software is currently installed. If so, try logging in to your CE account at https://www.zoominfo.com/login
