ZoomInfo, a provider of BtoB directory and business information, announced a significant uptick in business, reporting a 38% year-over-year growth in sales to new enterprise customers during Q1 2011. The company attributes the growth to its customized list-creating and contact-updating services.
Illustrating the growth of those services, ZoomInfo Data Services customer Eloqua, a provider of revenue performance management solutions, reported that it more than tripled the number of qualified leads garnered from email campaigns, built on a ZoomInfo email list.
In a recently published case study, Eloqua Database Marketing Manager Anna Glushkovsky describes how ZoomInfo provided an accurate list — within two days of her request — that met very specific criteria: businesspeople targeted by industry and job title who had been added to ZoomInfo's database within the previous month.
"It's not enough to grow your database," Glushkovsky said. "You've also got to keep your data clean — and do both in a way that's cost-effective for the company. From my perspective, ZoomInfo's Data Services team has made those challenges seem more than a little less daunting."
ZoomInfo Data Services are based on the ZoomInfo Database, which includes recently verified profiles of more than five million businesses and 50 million employees.
"Our proprietary technology continuously gathers, verifies and tags business contact data…enabling us to create more accurate lists with higher response rates," said Sam Zales, President, ZoomInfo. "In addition, enterprises appreciate our list-sampling policy, which allows customers to work with a subset of the data prior to their list purchase to prove that our accuracy and deliverability guarantees are on target."
ZoomInfo's other new data services customers include digital marketing agency Fluency Media and HR services provider Randstad North America. Other ZoomInfo Data Services include ZoomInfo Lists, ZoomInfo Append and ZoomInfo Contact Matcher.
