Tad Goltra, Chip Terry and Sam Tharp Join ZoomInfo's Executive Team
February 13, 2008 – Waltham, Mass. – ZoomInfo™, an online business information search engine, announced the creation of distinct business units focused on high-growth markets. Those four business units – recruiting, sales intelligence, search and bizographic ad targeting – will each have dedicated product, marketing and development teams in order to meet the specific needs of the company's growing customer base. ZoomInfo also announced that Tad Goltra, Chip Terry and Sam Tharp have joined the company's executive team and will each lead a business unit.
"ZoomInfo had a fantastic 2007, profitably exceeding $16 million in sales," said Bryan Burdick, ZoomInfo's president. "As we look to 2008, we want to continue our growth path while maximizing the opportunities in new markets, particularly sales intelligence and B2B advertising. We believe the most effective – and successful – companies provide their teams with strong leaders, allow them the opportunity to focus on critical success factors and provide them with the resources they need to win. With that in mind, we created the four distinct business units and are thrilled that each will be led by an industry veteran with unique experiences relevant to each market."
ZoomInfo's new business units include:
