ZoomInfo has announced a partnership with Salesforce.com that allows Salesforce.com users to instantly update data in their accounts, contacts and leads with just-verified information from ZoomInfo's business profiles.
The new ZoomInfo for Salesforce app adds a panel to users' Salesforce.com accounts, which highlights available data from ZoomInfo that is either more recent than or missing from existing records in Salesforce.com. Additionally, a user can instantly find other contacts at a prospect's company without ever having to leave Salesforce.com.
Additional features of ZoomInfo for Salesforce app include: One-click integration of contact and background information; Ability to choose exactly which ZoomInfo data to import to Salesforce.com; Automatic searches of – and direct access to – ZoomInfo's detailed profiles on 65 million businesspeople and six million businesses; Available to users of all editions of Salesforce.com, including its Professional, Group and Enterprise editions, as well as Force.com and Developer Edition.
"The ZoomInfo for Salesforce app will not create duplicate records or overwrite users' existing data," said Yonatan Stern, Founder and CEO of ZoomInfo. Glenn Munlawin, Marketing Manager of FLUID, Inc. was among the Salesforce.com users who tested the pre-release version of the new ZoomInfo app. "Our sales team has found it a must-have when prospecting for clients," he said. "They're always on the lookout for new information to update our records."
