Chief Financial Officer
Bill Price has a proven track record building successful software companies. As ZoomInfo's chief financial officer, he is responsible for the overall financial health of the organization, as well as managing human resources, legal and investor relations.
Prior to ZoomInfo, Price's most recent positions were SVP and CFO of MarketSoft, where he helped the company raise venture capital and emerge as a leader in the Enterprise Marketing Management space with consecutive quarterly revenue growth. Before MarketSoft, Price was CFO of NextPoint Networks, a VC-backed software developer of Internet-based network management solutions, where his leadership was instrumental in the organization's growth and ultimate acquisition by NetScout Systems. He has also served as CFO at MediQual Systems, a medical software developer of clinical information management systems, where he led an IPO and sale to Cardinal Health. Price was also a senior audit manager at Arthur Andersen serving Fortune 1000 organizations with audit, tax and financial consulting services. Price earned his Bachelor's Degree from Northeastern University and is a licensed CPA in Massachusetts.
