Mark Ruthfield leads ZoomInfo's Sales "Dream Team" with a focus on repeatable sales best practices that work, streamlined processes, and winning strategies that result in increasing revenue for ZoomInfo.
Ruthfield previously worked at Forrester Research and CODi, Inc. (provider of IT PC solutions). As New Business Development Sales Manager at Forrester Research, Ruthfield supported new business, resulting in a nearly 50 percent revenue growth during his tenure. At CODi he served as the Regional Director of Sales for the Eastern United States. His team there more than tripled sales in just three years and grew revenue from $1.5 million to more than $5 million.
Ruthfield earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, graduating cum laude, at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He enjoys family activities with his wife and two sons. He also volunteers as a coach of youth soccer, baseball, and basketball for the town of Southborough, Massachusetts.
