Began career in 1979 with Travelers Insurance Company in Hartford. Spent 3 years handling national accounts in Special Accounts marketing department.

Moved to Hartford Specialty in 1982 in the Special Accounts Insurance Department. Moved to Chicago in 1985 for promotion to Associate Manager. Promoted to Manager in 1988 and subsequently moved up to National Account Manager and District Manager.

Moved to Argonaut Group in 2002 as Regional Vice President for the Midwest territory. Moved to Vice President of Marketing for Specialty Commercial segment in 2004.

Joined RLI in April 2008 as AVP of Marketing representing Specialty Programs, Brokerage Casualty, and E&S Property. Located in Chicago with a national territory.

In October of 2009 joined Crum&Forster as Underwriting Director for Risk Management Casualty. Territory includes the 16 state Midwest and South Central region from Minnesota to Texas.
