Al Hertz-Al brings over 20 years of experience in recruiting sales and sales management professionals in the medical industry. Prior to starting Al Hertz & Associates, Al was a Vice President and partner at Carter/MacKay and developed the southeast United States for the firm. Before entering the recruiting industry Al enjoyed a successful career as a sales representative with Becton Dickinson and Pitney Bowes Corporation. Al also worked in the clinical setting at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Al is a graduate of the City University of New York, Queens College, where he received his BA with Honors in Psychology. Mr. Hertz currently resides in the suburban Raleigh area with his wife and two children.
