Jeremy joined ContiGroup in late 2005 as head of investments. Prior to ContiGroup, he was a senior managing director at Saber Partners, LLC, a boutique investment bank specializing in stranded asset securitizations for the electric utility market.He was EVP, business development and strategic planning, at Seagate Technology from the company’s privatization in 2000 through 2004. He was responsible for corporate development, venture capital, new business intitiatives, and strategic planning.Before Seagate, he was a VP at Wellington Management Company for nine years. He was a senior analyst and portfolio manager covering the global automotive, capital goods, and multi-industry sectors. He had previously been a VP at Salomon Brothers Inc. He began as a sell-side analyst following defense electronics and computer services and software and later served as an idea generator and new business specialist in mergers and acquisitions.He has an MBA in finance from M.I.T.'s Sloan School of Management and a BA in politics and history from Princeton University.
