I am an attorney currently employed by GE Consumer & Industrial in the role of Counsel, Commercial Law. I am admitted to practice law in several US jurisdictions. I specialize in commercial law, contracts, customs law, international trade, import compliance, and export controls; and am a licensed United States Customs Broker. Before joining GE, I was Corporate Counsel to Gates Corporation / Tomkins plc where I provided legal counsel to all of the Tomkins companies as part of the Tomkins Law Department. Import Administration is the Department of Commerce’s lead unit in enforcing trade laws and agreements to prevent unfairly traded imports. These laws include the antidumping and countervailing duty laws, and WTO agreements.
