Parker Elmore is the President & CEO of Primoris Benefit Advisors, Inc. and has 20 years of employee benefit plan consulting experience to sponsors of both private and public plans.Mr. Elmore is a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, an Associate in the Society of Actuaries and is enrolled by the Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries.Mr. Elmoreās experience covers all aspects of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans including the costing, funding and design of employee benefits. He also has an extensive background in the pension area including early retirement windows, nondiscrimination compliance and age-weighted profit sharing plans. As it relates to non-qualified pension plans, he assists many clients in the evaluation of various funding alternatives including insurance, mutual funds, and investment contracts. In addition to providing senior level actuarial and consulting services to the Firm's clients, Mr. Elmore led the development of "Defined Benefit Online" the Web based service for sponsors of, and participants in, defined benefit pension plans. Also, Primoris Benefit Advisors, Inc. was utilized by Diversified Actuarial Services, Inc. to provide consulting and administrative services to their smaller clients.Prior to founding Primoris Benefit Advisors, Inc., Mr. Elmore was employed at USI Consulting Group where he was the defined contribution and executive compensation practice leader. In these duties, he had a wide-range of responsibilities including the design, implementation, monitoring and administration of both qualified and non-qualified pension plans for a wide variety of employers. This experience also includes a wide-range of due diligence activities for mergers and acquisitions as they relate to the issues of benefit programs, management and strategy.Earlier in his career, Mr. Elmore was employed by Hewitt Associates where he consulted with large employers regarding their defined benefit pension plans as well as their retiree medical & life insurance programs (SFAS 106). Mr. Elmore has spoken before several professional organizations on a variety of employee benefit topics. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Central Connecticut State University.
