During her 10-years of experience in land development entitlements and project management in the residential and mixed-use markets, she has discovered way to expedite the approval timeline. Nanci began her career in the public sector as a town manger in northwest Colorado and knows what it takes to work with governing agencies and the community while creating lasting value.
