Ryan Monceaux brings a wealth of experience in customer service, marketing and start-ups to the RJF GROUP. The insurance agency is the successful culmination of his years of planning on entering the insurance market. Teaming with Farmers Insurance, Ryan's dream became a reality: to open an insurance agency that put the focus back on the customer relationship. Before starting RJF GROUP, Ryan spent five years with a Houston-area non-profit working in various capacities. He spent most of his time working to design, develop, and implement a portal and Web site for the American Productivity & Quality Center. Away from the office, Ryan enjoys playing poker, the Houston Zoo, UH athletics events and volunteering in the community. In 1999, he began his own start-up Web non-profit, LadyCoogs.com. The web site contributed to the growth and popularity of women's athletics at the University of Houston and also helped to raise money for women's athletics causes. Five years ago, Ryan started the Cougar Homerun Club, a fundraiser benefiting University of Houston baseball. It is the only alumni-coordinated fundraiser in the UH athletics department. Ryan has lived in the Houston area for over 15 years.
