Biography

Debra Booth has designed productions regionally and internationally including:
*Marco Polo*, by Tan Dun, directed by Martha Clarke; *The Hindenburg*, by Steve Reich, directed by Roman Paska, *Hambone* (Helen Hayes nomination), *The Pillowman*, *This Is How It Goes*. *Privates on Parade*, *The Shape of Things*, *Fat Pig*, *Far Away*, *A Number*, *Beautiful City*, *Blackbird* and *Road to Mecca* for Studio Theatre in Washington DC; *Famous Orpheus* for Geva Theatre, *Marisol* for Hartford Stage & NY Public Theater; *The Illusion*, *Baltimore Waltz*, and *Happy Days* for Portland Stage; *Pelléas and Mélisande* for Skylight Opera; NY premiere of *Angels in America* for Juilliard; *Game of Love and Chance* for the Berkshire Theatre Festival; and *Broken Glass* for the Philadelphia Theatre Company (Barrymore nomination). She's also worked with the Actors Studio in NY on *Salomé* and *Oedipus* directed by Estelle Parsons and Al Pacino. Debra was the recipient of the NEA Design Grant, is a graduate of the Yale School of Drama and Director of the Design Program at Brandeis University.
