Amit Shankardass leads Sitel’s worldwide marketing, strategic positioning, product development and bid management functions. In this role, his team is responsible for executing go to market strategies, development of new service offerings, and the development of sales solutioning across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific based on customer and market needs. Amit is also responsible for internal and external communications at the company and functions as the corporate spokesperson for Sitel.
Prior to working with Sitel, Amit served as director of market strategy and director of product line marketing at DecisionOne. He was responsible for strategic planning, product development, and corporate marketing for the desktop support service product line. Before joining DecisionOne, he served in various business development and corporate marketing leadership roles for QuickStart Technologies.
Amit is a frequent contributor to various prestigious trade and business publications and also speaks at thought leadership seminars and conferences globally. He earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Delhi, India, and a Masters of Business Administration from Northeast Louisiana University.
