Ted Flinter is a founding partner of Lexington Security Group and the Company’s Chief Operating Officer. Ted’s background includes ten years of operational and training experience with Marine Corps Security Forces and Special Operations Training Group as well as five years working with foreign militaries and paramilitary police units during peacekeeping operations in Central and West Africa. His consulting experience includes work in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. Ted is an expert in risk analysis and organizational design and development. He has managed projects focusing on security of critical infrastructure, provided risk analysis for urban planning councils and private developers, and consulted to a large metropolitan police force on security and counter-terrorism issues. Ted is a graduate of Duke University and holds a Masters Degree from Harvard University.
