R. David Donoghue is a litigator focusing on intellectual property disputes. More specifically, Mr. Donoghue is actively involved in both asserting and protecting his client's intellectual property assets. His practice spans diverse technology areas including cellular telephony, computer software, automotive technologies, satellite radios, electrical and electronic products, and numerous medical devices.
