I have been in Human Resources for the past 17 years, with the last 15 years mainly in recruiting. I have a proven track record with recruiting top-level, diverse talent for many disciplines, with his focus over the last 7 years in Finance/Accounting and Sales on a national level. Currently, I manage a team of 10 to 15 recruiters in an RPO environment for a Global 5 client. Our team was responsible for filling almost 4000 positions in 2007. The focus has been on developing the resourcfulness of the team to locate passive talent through developon g personal skills, process efficiencies and metrics to measure that effectiveness.Previously, I have spent the last three years in corporate contract roles with Johnson Controls, Inc., Jefferson Wells International, Miller Brewing Co.. Cooper Power Systems and Rockwell Automation.At each of those stops, I was brought in to each organization to specifically lead projects that had a high degree of visibility. More importantly, I was able to successfully impact each of those projects. This illustrates my ability to be flexible in my approach and ability to partner with executives in diverse environments.I have experience in behavioral-based interviewing techniques. I have worked extensively with developing and implementing recruiting strategies at all levels within his client organizations. I am also involved with developing metrics used to gauge project progress/success.In 2006, I became a member of National Registry’s Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals. I have been a member of the Employment Best Practices Forum (EBPF) since 2003.
