Biography

Di Virgilio spent over 15 years on Wall Street covering roles spanning energy investment banking to asset management.

From 1995 to 2000 he was CEO for Panta Capital Management, an investment bank focusing on the energy sector with offices in New York and Milan. His responsibilities included General Management as well as the execution of transactions spanning; Private Equity, LBO, Mezzanine, Workouts, IPO and M&A for the public and private markets.
Between 2000 and 2003 he was Vice President for Deutsche Bank AG where he focused on establishing corporate relationships, executive advisory and investment banking for the Bank's Global Energy & Power Coverage Group.
In 2003 Mr. Di Virgilio joined Kenneth L. Fisher, of Fisher Investments (a $45 Billion Money Management Firm) an expert in the field of behavioral finance. This field captivated his interest and since then he too has been active in the field.

In the years 2004 and 2005, he worked at Prudential Investment Management where he focused his efforts on Prudential's Jennison Natural Resources Fund with $1.4 Billion of assets under management. While at Prudential Mr. Di Virgilio gained further exposure to behavioral finance through another expert in the field; Margaret Stumpp, Chief Investment Officer for the Quantitative Management Unit of Prudential, a group which manages $64 Billion Dollars in assets.

In the years 2006 to 2008, he founded Juno Mother Earth Asset Management and was the Portfolio Manager - Equities for the Juno Mother Earth Resources Fund a hedge fund focusing on alternative energy and natural resources.

Between Jan 2008 and March 2009 he held the position of Chief Investment Officer for "The Vertus Sustineo Fund" a hedge fund investing in sectors such as; Agriculture, Water and Alternative Energy.

Mr. Di Virgilio's returns were 0.8% for the year 2008, 14.25% in 2007 and 28.2% in the year 2006.
